a workshop will be held in which participants debate how communal climate protection and above all how the goals for energy effi ciency can be implemented in southern countries. Reports on experience with the European Energy Award® in Morocco, the European ERDF project MEDEEA (“Mediterranean Implementation of the European Energy Award®”) and the French overseas territories will be presented.
