9.45 Session 1: Circular Economy Package

This seminar offers a comprehensive overview of the free movement rights that were developed in recent years for different categories of persons by the Court of Justice of the EU. You will learn about different categories of persons protected under EU free movement rules and about the scope of their specific rights, like for instance social rights. During the second seminar day you will enhance your knowledge in the field of mutual recognition of qualifications and the posting of workers.

This is the first module in the three-day seminar on the legal system of the EU and the most important principles governing the adoption and enforcement of the European Union law. This first module concentrates on the system of legal acts adopted at the EU level as well as the decision-making process for the adoption of EU law. In addition, it also offers a short introduction into the four fundamental freedoms within the EU Internal Market.
