- Amirul Haque Amin, President of the National Garment Workers Federation (NGWF), a federation of unions that has been fighting for the rights of garment workers in Bangladesh since 1984.

- Alejandro Teitelbaum, lawyer specialized in international economic relations and  'expert consultant' on a series of Permanent Peoples' Tribunals (PPTs) on European Corporations in Latin America.

- Brid Brennan, Coordinator of the Economic Justice, Corporate Power and Alternatives programme of the Transnational Institute (TNI).

"Challenging corporate power - Investment and impunity in an era of crisis.Towards An International Peoples’ Treaty" - ” aims to deepen the debate on the impunity of transnational corporations when they do not respect human rights and to introduce key elements for the development of alternatives to curb this impunity and defend the public interest.

Participants in the round table include Mrs Gabi Zimmer, President of the European United Left/Nordic Green Left Group (GUE/NGL) in the European Parliament, Juan Ramon Quintana, Bolivian Ministry of the Presidency, MEPs from several Parliamentary Groups and key actors from social movements, trade unions, affected communities, human rights and legal experts in Latin America, Africa and Asia. The conference  is convened by the GUE/NGL Group in coordination with civil society networks such as: Campaign to Dismantle Corporate Power & End Impunity of Transnational Corporations!, Bi-Regional Network ‘Enlazando Alternativas’, TNI, ODG, Ecologistas en Acción, War on Want, OMAL - Paz con Dignidad, CADTM and Seattle-to-Brussels Network, OIDAHCO.
