What is this course about?

You will gain a practical understanding of the EU legal framework for financial services as well as EU law-making process in this field. You will also gain insight into the institutional framework for financial services regulation and supervision.

The course will help you to better understand the different characteristic features of legal acts that you analyse or translate on a daily basis as well as the place of these legal acts in the hierarchy of EU law sources.
