The movie “Niekhe Kilintii – Together” highlighting the cooperation partnership between Anderlecht (Belgium) and Marsassoum (Senegal) will be broadcasted on Belgian local TV channel BX1 on Saturday 28 October at 18.15.
Follow the steps of Julien Milquet, Anderlecht deputy-mayor in charge of international solidarity, in Marsassoum. There, he is exchanging with his cooperation partner, the charismatic mayor of Marsassoum Sény Mandiang. Together, they are meeting with citizens who are benefiting from the cooperation partnership, such as fishermen, breeders and women.

Why a movie? Last December, a jury of international experts chose the Belgian Federal Programme for Communal International Cooperation (PCIC) between Anderlecht and Marsassoum as the most exemplary of the 18 projects submitted. It received the 1st prize at the PLATFORMAwards, a competition supported by the European Union.
