The 1st European Conference LINQ 2012 on "Learning Innovations and Quality" opens the discussion on the relationship of learning innovations and quality! All experts and interested individuals are invited to join in our dialogue on innovations and quality in learning, education and training, taking place in Brussels on Tuesday, 23rd of October 2012.
On 7 October four members of the Grayling team will be running the Brussels half-marathon, and 11 will be running the 4km on the same day.
Just as last year, we are running in aid of the European Network Against Racism (ENAR) Foundation, which campaigns for non-discrimination and equality for all people living in the EU, irrespective of their ethnicity and/or religious affiliation.

The European pilot project Citadel on the Move aims to become the European-wide Open Innovation ecosystem that unleashes the power of open access DATA and mobile TECHNOLOGY to help citizens and SMEs to develop interactive mobile solutions for Smart Cities that can be used on any device, anytime, anywhere.
SMEs are the backbone of the European economy. Of the approximately 20 million SMEs in Europe, one third is active in the field of commerce. Given the important role they play in the European economy, SMEs in commerce deserve the undivided attention of the European Institutions.
Is the fiscal compact compatible with European law? In an opinion requested by the GUE/NGL on this issue, German legal expert Professor Andreas Fischer-Lescano (Centre of European Law and Politics, University of Bremen) says it is incompatible and proposes referring it to the ECJ.
