Fiscal Compact: GUE/NGL calls for review by ECJ

Is the fiscal compact compatible with European law? In an opinion requested by the GUE/NGL on this issue, German legal expert Professor Andreas Fischer-Lescano (Centre of European Law and Politics, University of Bremen) says it is incompatible and proposes referring it to the ECJ.

GUE/NGL President Gabi Zimmer and Professor Fischer-Lescano will present the results of this analysis during a press conference
