Programme highlights:
- Introductions to corporate sourcing of renewable energy
- Themed break-out sessions
- Country-focused panel discussions
- Formal matchmaking meetings, networking lunches, peer-to-peer workshops and much more
This event puts attendees at the centre of the Corporate Power Purchase Agreement revolution.
RE-Source 2017 is an opportunity for renewable energy buyers and sellers to connect and take advantage of the opportunities presented by Corporate Renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Corporate Renewable PPAs allow businesses to purchase renewable energy directly from an energy generator. This allows these businesses to reduce their carbon footprint and manage volatile energy costs, all while maintaining a fixed price per/kW of energy over a period of years. These PPAs are now one of the driving motors of the rapidly expanding renewables sector, In terms of procurement, deployment and sector growth.
However, with the corporate PPA market still in its earliest stages of development, barriers remain between buyers and sellers. RE-Source 2017 is the ideal occasion to confront the challenges and learn about the opportunities presented by corporate renewable PPAs. Co-organised by WindEurope and SolarPower Europe, this 2-day event will bring together a range of multinational corporations, renewable energy developers and senior decision-makers to raise awareness, exchange information and facilitate connections in order to rapidly increase the procurement of renewable power.
Attendees can attend panel discussions and directly participate in breakout sessions and B2B meetings with renewable energy buyers and sellers.
With the energy transition is in full swing, and corporates waking up to the enormous economic and environmental benefits of clean energy, PPAs are a win-win opportunity for renewable energy buyers and sellers. RE-Source 2017 is the perfect occasion for these players to meet, learn from, and do business with each other.
