On 5 March, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) will present the findings from the world’s largest survey on violence against women at the high-level conference “Violence against women across the EU: Abuse at home, work, in public and online”. The event will take place at the Council of the European Union in Brussels.

The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), within a modernised process of staff selection, annually announces open competitions for positions within the EU institutions. The four-day programme will begin with an ‘Introductory Seminar: European Public Procurement for Newcomers to Procurement’ which will be held on 25 February and on 23 September 2014. The three-day ‘Practitioners’ Seminar: European Public Procurement Rules, Policy and Practice’ will commence on the following day.
